Acceptance of terms
By using the AeroCraft website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.
Website use
The website provides information about AeroCraft, servers, downloads, news, rules, support, and the MVP account flow. Cart or checkout features are not implemented on the site.
Server use
Playing on AeroCraft servers must follow the project rules. Server rules live on the /rules page.
Conduct rules
Users should follow fair play, respect other players, and follow administration requirements.
External services
Discord, Telegram, Tebex, and Boosty are external platforms and may have their own terms of use.
Donate/Tebex/Boosty notice
Donation does not cancel server rules. Tebex and Boosty are external platforms, and the AeroCraft website has no internal checkout.
Warranty disclaimer
The project is in active development. Information, features, and availability may change without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
Termination and access restriction
Violating server rules or these website terms may lead to restricted access to the servers or website features, including the account. Server rules are described on the /rules page.
Changes to terms
Terms may be updated before production release or after functionality changes.
