The main channel for technical questions, crashes, server entry, and quick clarifications.

Use it to talk with the team and share logs.

A channel for short questions, announcements, and quick coordination.

Use it if Discord is temporarily unavailable.

A future bot for structured requests and collecting technical information.

Where to find logs

You do not need deep technical knowledge. Find the file and send it to support.

latest.log

The main log from the latest Minecraft launch. It is usually in the game or launcher folder under logs.

crash-report

A file created after the game crashes. It is usually in the crash-reports folder.

What should I do if the launcher does not start?

Restart the launcher, check updates, antivirus, and launch permissions. If it repeats, contact support with the error description.

What should I do if Minecraft crashes?

Prepare a crash-report or latest.log, pack version, Full/Lite type, and a short note about what happened before the crash.

Why am I kicked on the first connection?

The first connection may be used by the registration or verification system. Try joining again or follow the launcher or Discord instructions.

What is the difference between Full and Lite?

Full gives the complete AeroCraft experience, while Lite reduces load and works better on lower-end PCs.

Where should I send latest.log?

Send latest.log in Discord, Telegram, or the future support bot together with the issue description.

How long should I wait for a reply?

The team replies as available. We do not promise instant responses, but structured reports help speed things up.
